A not to be missed authentic, ethnic restaurant serving 100% vegetarian food with many vegan and gluten free options. What are you waiting for? I see your mouth watering... Book a table!!

In every sense of the word, the way they explain where your dish is from and the different spices used to make it was a very nice touch, I brought my partner for her birthday and they even brought her out a little complimentary dessert and wished her happy birthday which was so sweet, lots of respect for this restaurant. They are incredibly clued up on how to provide good Customer Service and I assure, that you will not be disappointed.

You absolutely *must* call and book in advance. 1st it's a small restaurant 2nd they have awkward opening times 3rd it's the best food in this category you can get in Brighton. Do NOT turn up without booking to avoid disappointment! The food is amazing. It's custom to order platters to share. Everything is homemade by the lovely mother and served with fresh greens. Some is a bit spicy but not overwhelming. Deserts was the only dish that didn't float my boat but everything else is exceptionally good!!!

  • 5 star review  Went here as a group of 5. The staff were really kind & friendly. The food is amazing & it's a nice cozy restaurant. The were completely booked up - which speaks volumes! They have a large selection of vegan options to suit all & the spiciness rating on their food is accurate. I would definitely recommend this for date night!

  • 5 star review  I finally got to have my first Manju's meal for my birthday lunch in February 2020 (after trying to book on many previous occasions and it always being fully booked) and wasn't disappointed. What a fabulous family run restaurant, so welcoming and friendly and a great ethos - no d********! Please don't ever change that.......... The food is AMAZING. It's not just a meal out, it's a whole food experience. I cannot recommend Manju's highly enough, I even got my own happy birthday song played, a birthday dessert and the best present of all, Manju coming up from the kitchen to say hello. Thank you for a wonderful birthday lunch - I will be back and hopefully with the T-shirt we talked about :-)
